I have purchased new connection plan of Hathway broadband but after making payment agent stop answering my calls and even though support desk of Hathway was also not responding. So I send request mail to stop my new connection and provide me my refund amount which I have paid Rs. 5650/- but still there is no reply from Hathway broadband no any updates. Every day I am calling support team of Hathway but they gave me fake promises that it will take 24 hours or 48 hours some one said that it will take 45 days to refund my amount. I am getting irritated by calling these guys the support desk of Hathway but they haven’t solved my issue. I want my money back I want my amount to be refund. Please help me so that Hathway broadband can solve this issue as they are not taking any seriousness in this regards. I tweet my complaint as well but no response from there end. Please help me to get my refund as soon as possible.

Similar thing happened with me. I wanted a new connection. So they made me pay 6 months advance. Now they say that the service is not available in our area. The lady who talked to me regarding the payment blocked my number. Doesn’t want to take responsibility. When I contacted customer service, they said it would take 45 days and I would be contacted by the concerned department.
