SIR I HAVE TAKEN A WORKLOAD WITH AN AGREEMENT OF 5 DAYS . DUE TO MY GRANDMOTHER BECAME CORONA POSITIVE I WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE MY WORK WITHIN THE GIVEN TIME DURATION. ACCORDING TO AGREEMENT I HAVE TO PAY 7080 RS AS SERVICE CHARGE AND I HAVE PAID .NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT A CASE IS FILLED AGAINST YOU AND YOU HAVE TO PAY 10000 RS TO GET NOC .SO KINDLY HELP ME AGAINST THIS FAKE CASE.
