Sub :: Greavance against Unfair practice on the part of Vodafone.
Mr./Madam,
I have SIM Card No.9825051461 Since over Last 15 Years.At the time of post paid as well as converted in Pre-paid plan,As you are well aware of that ,in past it was not only informed but advertised in public as life time Validity of card and free incoming benifit Service in the era of price war. However ,one fine morning yuor Company have declared in case of Recharge of minimum for Rs.35 for 28 days not being done then incomming service will be discontinued.Though standing balance credit Rs.272/- was in account,there was no facility or auto deduct programme in system to deduct the amount.how wonder planning be fool pepole to snatch additional or mone amount from the billion of people which runs in aprox.600 to 700 Crores. After recharge second day have had informed that may out going service shall be discontinued from 22.12.18 if I have not Recharged. Though my out standing amount was Rs.298/-.
In backdrop of above i did try to lodge complaint on #198 .after long waiting of 15 minutes slot nothing heard positively except repeted message of Re charge for to continue Service.Therefore I constrain to raise this issue in writing and call upon to you I was informed about Life time Validity as well as free incomming facility though you have informed for recharge for incomming facility then to continue outgoing for further Recharge.Though may outstanding credit amount how you can discontinued service or snatch away such amount? According to me this is not unfair trade practice as well misleading to public atlarge and eye wash.There for you are here by informed that you are not entitled to dicontinue my services. Pl.do inform by trailling mail about any order /Permission or Guidelines of TRI about the same without fail. In case of due to any prejudice action on your part if any fraud during financial transaction is committed with me and i didi not receive any message from the Bank on my Registered afore said mobile, then solely you wiould be answerable.Further pl.Take note that in cse of any litigation initiated by me against yoy and Company at that event said correspondance shall be treated as Legal Notice.
