Text of Complaint by Sudha Krishna Kumar:

On 13th November 2019 i have written a mail to airtel stating to disconnect my connection. i have paid my full dues till October 2019 and there is absolutely no penny in balance to be paid, i have received an acknowledgement mail from them too.

Recently a staff from Airtel visited my house and threatened us saying we will be pulled to the court. My simple ask is i have sent 40 mails to airtell seeking response,Why was not I respected.Why was not a response mail be sent ? My parents aged about 80 is in shock.

Ramji who visted our home gave us mental torture and was shouting in our premises.I felt ashamed. I did not cheat anyone. I told him to respond to my 40 mails which i have sent .

I badly need your support .
