My name is Talib Hussain. My Airtel payment bank account is: 9680983721. I live in Ajmer Sir, my problem is that I had to recharge on my Airtel No. 9680983721, so I went to the recharge section of Airtel Payments Bank, to recharge, there was an option to apply a coupon of Rs 40 on the recharge of 598, so I had When clicked, there was an option to pay there, then there I clicked on upi payment because I did not have money in my Airtel account, therefore, there were 3 options opened paytm, airtel, google p ay, i clicked on paytm, after clicking on paytm my paytm account opened and there was an option to enter the passcode and as soon as i entered the passcode my 558 rupees was deducted from the paytm account and the recharge was not done nor my payment refund Happened. While the payment from paytm has been succsecful. I have recharged 449 from the paytm again and it is done, but my head has not been refunded 558. Please request your refund soon.
