i have placed an order on TJORI website on 07/01/2021 for a total of Rs.6283/- (7 products). I had to follow up multiple times for them to ship the products and have also requested them to cancel my order, post which finally i have received only 4 products of worth Rs 3506/- on 17/07/2021. I have immediately raised an issue with their customer service on 19/07/2021 stating the same and i have received the following response “We would like to inform you that the order is in the stage of processing and It will be dispatched to you by the 22nd Jul, 2021. Once it leaves the warehouse you will receive the tracking details and the order will be delivered to you within 48 -72 hours.”
I kept waiting but there isnt any update on the other items and later when i contacted them again on 28/07/2021 for which i received a response on 29/07/2021 stating that everything has been delivered on 17/07 and there isnt anything pending. When i informed that there were only 4 items in that package that i have received and that i have already raised a complaint before, they are refusing to even consider their prior comments.
