I am existing customer of Amazon since 2015 i did order boat earpods model 141 at 5Nov 2022 then after few days i received this parcel when i opened the box i had seen Amazon company sent difrent item to me they did fraud & cheat to me then instantly i raised refund request after days delivery boy came to Spot then picked back this parcel since that day to till date 2 Months over but Still i didnt received the paymen even i did call 50+ times to customer suport.But they are doing nothing in favour please help me hand folded request.
