Text of Complaint by Auditya Mahajan:

Hi Team,

Tikona have not entertained my email/call for the cancelation of services. They never even acknowledge my email to process disconnection. But now they have sent a legal notice for due amount.

They charge for 3months period from 15th-15th of every month. On 15th Aug 2020 my last payment exhausted for the duration of 3months. At that time I tried to approach customer support via App/Call/Email to file disconnection. But they never acknowledge any of it. Now they are asking to pay 2188/- for service that were not even used.

They are fooling customer by not acknowledging their request for cancellation and then charging users for the service they have stopped using since long.

I would request authorities to take appropriate action against these fraudsters and save many other who might fall victim of them.
