Tikona is not disconnecting my connection even after given two notices on 6th July and 14 th July 2021..

Text of Complaint by Inderpal Singh:

I have raised the issue of disconnection of my internet connection. Till date there is nil progress, as Tikona has yet to accept my request. I have settled all the dues till today. I have disconnected the power supply to Tikona equipment installed at my premises. I have not used the Tikona service since 3rd July21 ; this is also confirmed by the usage history. I have no intention of paying any more rentals /recurring charges for the equipment and connection.

I will not certainly recommend Tikona to my friends and associates if this is not resolved immediately.

My disconnection issue has been registered by Tikona via request number: 1-9559916053, dated: 9.07.2021 and 1-9571856515, dated: 14.07.2021. So there is no denying that Tikona is not aware of my disconnection request.

I want this matter to be settled amicably, before escalation to legal level.

I do not desire another request number from Tikona as there has not been any resolution for the first two request numbers till date.

The resolution is still pending with Tikona
