After having very bad internet for 3 months I wrote Tikona to discontinue my service on 11 Jan 2019. Thereafter they are harassing me by making regular calls, and sending me various amounts of bills and legal notices. One bill came for Rs 1005.17, another Rs – 448.61, another Rs 474.56, another Rs. 375.72 another Rs. 356.56 another Rs 482.17 and so on.
After giving a complaint against them about 2 weeks ago Tikona people called me up and said all the pending bills were adjusted and there was nothing more to pay from my side. But unfortunately they are again sending me notice to pay pending bills. Their latest bill amount Rs 474.56 has no base because I have already paid all their bills for the period I have used their Internet. I also paid Rs 82/- on 24 January which their executive told me to pay as a final amount.
Yesterday I got a legal notice from Tikona that I have to pay Rs 1500/- in case I fail to return the modem to them. But the fact is that Tikona people have already collected their modem and all other accessories from my house about a week ago. After receiving their equipments they should ideally send me an acknowledgement of receipt but instead they are sending me legal notice to pay Rs 1500 towards the modem.

I have raised for disconnection of Internet services on 14th March. Post which there was no response and due to lockdown i was not available at residence for almost 50 days. Regularly sent emails for disconnection for which they never respond. Now they have sent me some legal email claim to proceed if the amout of RS 399 which was not used.
I have also same issue they are forcing me to pay the bills which I have not used since Feb. Now they are sending me the lagal notice. Due to lockdown I am stuck at my home town. And there is no one at my place. My plan was after going back to my place I will resume my Tikona sevice but now they are sending me the legal notice. After reading the reviews on internet I’m planning to discontinue the service and plan to take another internet provider servince

To the Concerned authorities,
Please take severe action against this so called “TIKONA”. These people are biggest cheaters. During corona time, when most of the people vacated their house and moved to different places, they disconnected with this people, paid all the bills and went.
STILL, THIS BLOODY TIKONA PEOPLE ARE KEEP HARASSING ALL THOSE PEOPLE TO PAY ONE MONTH BILL EVEN WHEN THE SERVICE IS DISCONNECTED.
RESPECTED AUTHORITY, PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THIS TIKONA. THEY ARE MAKING LADIES TO CALL THE CUSTOMERS AND HARASS THEM. ALL THE DISCONNECTED CUSTOMERS ARE GETTING CALLS FROM SOME LADIES AND THESE LADIES ARE TELLING THAT THEY ARE ADVOCATES FROM TIKONA AND KEEP HARASSING ALL THE CUSTOMERS. AND THESE LADIES WILL BE IN SOME OTHER STATES AND THEY KEEP HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS IN PHONE TO PAY THE AMOUNT FOR THE SERVICE NOT USED. ALSO THEY ARE HARASSING TO GIVE BACK THE MODEM – THIS MODEM IS PAID BY THE CUSTOMER ONLY AND NOT FREE. BUT, THESE PEOPLE ARE HARASSING TO GIVE BACK THE MODEM. PLEASE ARREST THESE PEOPLE.

THEY ARE ALSO EMAILING EVERYONE FROM THEIR FAKE EMAIL ID’S SAYING THAT THEY ARE ADVOCATE. HERE IS THE EMAIL ID – Legalcolls@tikona.in
PLEASE TELL THESE PERSON TO STOP HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS, AND PLEASE PLEASE CLOSE THEIR SERVICE IMMEDIATELY FROM INDIA. THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS TO INDIA AND SPOILING INDIA FROM THEIR CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES.
