Complaint against Tikona Broadband/ Wifi Network services
Despite multiple emails and calls, I’m still receiving emails about Tikona internet outstanding bill. My payment was done in advance for 3 months. Subscription amount was 2124 INR for 3 months and I couldn’t even use it properly for 1 month.

Subscription amount consists of Installation charges (as applicable) Plan rental Service tax. (No refundable deposit applicable)

My first email to cancel the subscription due to no/poor connection and poor customer service was sent 30th May 2019 under the subject – Internet NOT working_ Cancelling Tikona Service 1123977918_Important to customercare@tikona.in.
I have attached a few of my emails and the acknowledgement for cancellation/termination of the service. However, I’m still receiving emails in the name of legal demand asking for payments.
The modem/router and other wirings are available for pick up as mentioned in my previous email. I contacted Mr Harish multiple times at 9060942245, but he didn’t respond, unfortunately. So please send someone to take over all the relevant items as soon as possible.
For legal protection, I would like to file a harassment complaint about continuously fretting the customer about outstanding bill payments post-service cancellation.
