Text of Complaint by Harvinder Jaiswal:

On 6th June 2019 i had applied for tikona service and made the online payment of service for 3 months on the same day.

They lied to me that they do have their service in area i asked for but it was not so they dont have any connections close to where i stay.

They fooled me into paying for 3months service. Till 25th June 2019 the installation for service was not done.

I had applied for refund on 26th June 2019, it has been a month i have not received my refund.

I am mailing and callings to the tikona customer care but still no positive feedback every time they lie.

I have posted complaints on consumercomplaint portal and CSR n survey engineer but still no feedback on why i have not received my refund.

I am very disappointed from your pathetic services providing in Ambernath Area..

I was paid your subscribe amout t of rs 2124 on 6th June and your ambernath service executive told we will install within 3 day till today installations not happen. Since 15 day not a single person come for installations….

I am from ambernath

Kindly do the need full or let know if you are not ❌ able to install a single connection in ambernath.. We are keeping trust on you and your installations department are not able to take seriously and not doing their work on time..

This is not good Sir..

If today installations will not done then plz refund my money back..

Till number of time I called you guy for updates… Finally I called to customer care and forwarded my request for cancellation of this services and money refund. As I know you people have not enough knowledge and capacity to do your work..

Tikona broadband internet services is not customer satisfaction company..

I am frustrated? with your company from last 22 days..

No one taking responsibility for their work..

Finally for lot of Mental and physical Harresment from your side I decided to quit from your tikona broadband internet services..

Now you guy are free to enjoy.. But I will make sure u not your single connection and services will be their in Patel prayosha building in future..

This show your lack of responsibility and ownership towards their works..
