Text of Complaint by Krishna Prasad:

I Have used Tikona Broadband connection and paid all my bills and sent a mail for disconnection due to worst/Bad service and They deactivated the account after few months of my request and since then have been asking for money. Threatening me with mails, calls, one lady claiming to be an advocate and threatening me.

I have sent mail for disconnection but Tikona saying you have not sent mail and claiming some money.
