Text of Complaint by Chitra:

Tikona broadband connection was not good, after 2months they informed the connect in my area was not available… then requested them to disconnect. Now they are claiming the account is active and i need to pay the overdue of 5743 and refund amt for modem 1500…
they filed a case and asking me to pay the amount. Case is filed in Delhi cibil court and advocate did not share any case detail and just telling pay or meet in delhi court.
