I am customer of tikona since 10 years. Regularly making 6 month advance payment. I had made payment upto 26 March 2022 and the service is been stopped from 27th March 2022 for not upgrading next billing.
However I had been asked continuously for the payment for next billing cycle which i had not availed. Tikona sending advocate notice too.
I don’t understand why should 8 pay for the service which i had not used.
