I booked tickets for patna to delhi on 25th may for my bf…and it is cancelled by travolook only…and the amount was debited from my account..but today is 20 th june and the amount not yet received….i called several times they said the amount was initiated but not reflected in my account…they are making us fool…

I am Kaustubh borse, booked a ticket with Reference no : REF606844918
We had booked a ticket on 28th May 2022 for 2 people from Indore to Mumbai.
Within 2 minutes of the payment our booking was cancelled. It was reported to your team immediately for the refund; however, the issue is still not resolved yet. We have reported the issue at least 3-4 times. It’s going to be a month now.
We spoke to your customer care executives, they are not at all helpful and rude.
There is no other contact information provided to escalate this issue; neither any higher authority to speak to, as said by your team.
I last spoke with Ms. Harpreet Kaur, instead of assuring that it would be resolved sooner, she was speaking rudely with no help.
It is taking a lot of our time and energy to constantly contact your team and listen to their non reassuring response and rude behaviour. It has been a really bad experience for us.
Kindly look into this matter urgently. Regards
