AirIndia Ticketing team is not reachable to replan my Air Tickets. I tried multiple times through the customer care numbers. But the agents will either arrange a call back or ask me to hold, until the ticketing team could attend. But after three days of continous attempt, not a single ticketing agent was reachable. I am worried that the onward and return tickets could be made as No_show tickets by this deferring tactics. Please help me to reschedule the ticket.
