I booked a ticket by accident for 22nd November 2023 instead of 23rd November 2023. I called the redbus customer service within 30 minutes but their IVR did not connect me to a person and after multiple calls I got thru to someone and he said it’s past 30 mins they can’t do anything. I sent a complain to their grievance email and the only refund they gave was a 20% and was more like take it or leave it. I had no choice but to take it but this is unacceptable for a company so huge. They could atleast give back 50% or more of the refund as a customer good will. I also want to say this would not have happened if the summary page mentioned when the ticket was for.
