I booked a ticket to london from kochi but could not travel since Iwas covid positive. The agent assured that the ticket will be rescheduled so I did not cancel it. But just 2hours prior to the departure, got mail saying that it could not be done. I could not even cancel the ticket and lost money. I have been asking for refund for the last 7 months, the response from flipkart was so bad. they did not take responsibility though it was clearly their mistake.
