Subject: Request for replacement of product
Respected Sir/ Madam,
My name is Swarnava Dey Sarkar and I am a resident of Kolkata Garia. This letter is in reference to the order which was placed in flipkart on 30/09/2021 bearing order number OD222983883367334000.
I beg to inform you that the delivered product is found out to be faulty and the issue with the same is the sound of the watch is not working.The product was delivered on 02/10/2021 and being in warranty, invoice attached below and it is to request you to kindly replace the same at the earliest.
I request you to kindly consider this as a serious issue and do the needful at the earliest.
Today is 20/10/2021 still not a single responce come from ur side please help me solve by issue.
