I raised queries for both tickets on 09-08-2020 via your “24 x 7 Help & Support” option but Paytm doesn’t care. After that, I replied on those queries 6 – 7 times on different dates but no one bothers to reply. They are still open. Today is 09-09-2020. Approx 1 month has been passed.
Really terrible service from Paytm. I was a regular customer of yours but will never use it again after I receive the refund. You people have wasted so much time.
Please REFUND ASAP.
