Ive booked a unreserved ticket through UTS from Chidambaram to Tiripadirippuliyur on 15.01.2024 at 6.25 pm. Amount was debited and it showed Payment was successful then only i boarded on train. Later while travelling through my half way my refund amount got credited i dont even know what was happening, by trusting this paperless ticket only i got on train. Now suddenly the ticket got cancelled i knew that only by that credited amount message from irctc. UTS doesn’t even intimate about it. when i got down at ky station i paid fine Rs.295 to TTR for not having ticket infront of everyone even though i paid for it. The fine doesn’t matter but i felt shameful infront of everyone. It’s all because of UTS APP. I feel depressed because of this incident.
