I had booked a ticket from Airoli to dadar from UTS app. My payment was deducted for it and ticket confirmed was displayed on UTS app. However, during ticket check when I opened the UTS app, my ticket wasn’t booked even though the payment was deducted. So I had to pay the fine of Rs 260, which is same for the one who has not even booked the ticket. How is same fine justified? If I have booked the ticket but due to some applications error I had to bear loss of Rs 260. Who shall i ask for refund ?
