I have booked a flight ticket through travolook on 6th Dec’21 from Delhi to Gaya. Suddenly he called me regarding payment amount increase, and you will pay 1000 extra but I told to cancelled my booking .he told your amount will refund will be 7 to 10 working days. I called several times regarding refund, but they are giving fake promises. After completing their time frame, now another excuse they are given.

I made facing the same issue and that’s why I find their excuses lame saying merchant had an issue and your payment failed. They are fooling people
I also faced same issue its fraud company, they are blocking customer money I also booked a ticket from chandigarh to srinagar on 6 December, it was cancelled from their side until now refund not received. Before they said 15 days now they said 8 to 10 days. Please do not buy any ticket from these frauds.
Same issue has happened with us.
Everyday they have new excuses and it’s been more than 10 days and they still haven’t refunded the amount.
Consumer court, we all need your help!!!
We need to stop this!! They are taking hard earned money of people who might have booked a ticked to see the loved ones in the pandemic we all are in. They have no mercy !
Please take this up and help people who has been the victim and together we can end this so more people don’t lose out on their hard earned money.
