I booked the ticket via their website which was Canceled by them in less than 5 mts that day referring flight rate increased. I requested them to re-book and agreed on the difference amount which they denied and assured the refund will credited back in max of 48-36Hrs ..later assured in 7 Working days..I follow up with them every time assured will refund next week..which never came till date…because of them I lost more money with credit card on late Payment charges..its very Unprofessional /Unetical..I realy need the money badly…PLS HELP…!!!
