I was booking a ticket from Ambernath to Ambivli on Sept 2, 2023. And I used paytm to pay for the ticket. Money from paytm was deducted at 12.33pm through UTS. And now I can’t see my ticket in the UTS app.
We as citizens are not responsible for the bugs in the app! If the apps bugs can’t be fixed don’t foster use of app to us!!
