Money not Refunded by Pay Tm or bus operator
Regarding this is kind acceptance that my name is Devendra Kumar Bijalwan & I booked a bus ticket by Uttrakhand Tourist Company. Delhi Kashmiri gate to Rishikesh Uttarakhand. My Bus ticket no. is 12719 dated 14.10.2019 time 7.15 pm & the journey date is 25.10.2019 I got a bus ticket cancelation SMS in my mobile no. 9717660228 on 21.10.2019 & I call to bus Operator Pawan Kumar in this no. 7042362070 9560350994 but he has not replied a satisfied reply. Well now bus ticket is canceled but yet my money did not come back. So I further request you that refund my money as soon as possible & don’t bother someone on the Diwali occasion.
