I was having GoAir booking for 22/03/2020 from Patna to Kolkata. However the flight got cancelled due to nationwide lockdown. Now in 28th November 2020 I got a mail from airline that my amount has been processed and refunded. They are saying that they refunded the amount to Via.com (App through which i booked my ticket) and now they need to process the refund to my bank. But Via.com is not responding to my mails and neither on call. How am i suppose to get my refund of Rs7012?
