Hi booked a ticket on 31st January but by mistake i booked wrong ticket..after checking all deatils i request for cancellation and even i requested to airline also…they accept my request and initiate to refund process but its pending from Paytm side…I requested on paytm app many times but no response from their side…and whenever I called them call connected in other department…so i don’t know what to do, and how will I get my refund??
