Text of Complaint by Himanshu Chugh:

  1. I had my travel booking done for 17 June 2020. As the flight was cancelled due to pandemic. I asked flipkart on 5 Feb 2021 to cancel my tick6and give me full refund which I was entitled to according to airlines rule.
  2. I confirmed with airlines that cancellation is done from their end. They have given the refund to flipkart travel, however they have not given me the refund. It’s now 2 months I have been chasing flipkart for my refund but they didn’t resolve my concern and now they have stopped responding my emails
  3. Their calling team is clueless and of no help to me.
