- I had my travel booking done for 17 June 2020. As the flight was cancelled due to pandemic. I asked flipkart on 5 Feb 2021 to cancel my tick6and give me full refund which I was entitled to according to airlines rule.
- I confirmed with airlines that cancellation is done from their end. They have given the refund to flipkart travel, however they have not given me the refund. It’s now 2 months I have been chasing flipkart for my refund but they didn’t resolve my concern and now they have stopped responding my emails
- Their calling team is clueless and of no help to me.
