I have booked return journey flights from Delhi Heyderabad for departure on 20th February and arrival on 22nd February. The outbound flight was canceled by Airlines itself and the refund was issued for the same. But for the 22nd February return flight, I got a message for web check-in but the same was showing that no flight details were found for the dates. I called customer care and they informed me that the flight was canceled by some agent. Upon further request, they disclosed that an agent named “Amaar” from Makemytrip canceled the flight that too without my consent on 21st February. Then another agent “Jaswinder Singh” told me that, Makemytrip will be paying for the return flight as it was their mistake. Now, it’s been the 6th day, no one has called back to solve the issue. The last four digits of the Booking ID for which the flight was canceled is “2307”.
