I had book a ticket from BLR TO CCU, and the amount was deducted from my source account, but the ticket was not booked. I got a call from the Customer Care Rep of the TravoLook Company that due to fare change, your ticket could not be booked and he assured me that the amount would be refunded within 15 days. But it has been more than 1.5 months from the day, and even after many followups, they are not returning the money.
This has not been the case with me but with many people who have tried to book their air tickets using this website(travolook.in). This scam is going on, and there is nobody to put a check on this website. They have been looting general people money from a long time.
