Text of Complaint by Pravinkumar:

Myself Pravin Kumar I made a booking from Madurai to Dubai for Feb 9th 3 pax (2 adults and 1 Infant). The amount has been deducted from my account but I didn’t receive my booking details. custrelations@spicejet.com,nodalofficer@spicejet.com It’s been more than a week no one replies to my mail if I try to call customer care they are saying the system is not working past 1 week.
