I have booked flight from Hyderabad to Gwalior on 2nd Oct 2021, I got confirmation page and email, after an hour I got call from executive that ticket price has been revised and we are canceling your ticket or pay 5000 extra to retain same tickets, I asked to cancel and they assured my money will get refunded in 48 hours, but after sending multiple emails nothing is happening I still not get my money every time I send email I am getting new dates to wait. When I am calling to the customer care and waiting until my turn and then they are disconnecting the call. It’s been really very pathetic experience and feeling cheated, please help if you could.
