I recharged my number with 100 rupees talk time as I was in need to activate my bank app so i just needed to do one sms as after recharge it show your sim isn’t active because there must me some data with recharge to call or do any other activity. so again I recharged with 19 rupees for data then still I was not able to send sms it shows that you need to recharge with some unlimited plan.
