Hi, My Name is Santosh Kumar Jha. I’m From Purnia District Bihar. on 7th of January 2021 I received a call regarding freelancer job (data entry). the person named ajay kumar called me, said that he is calling from fusion tech company which is in maharashtra and took my interview and asked me to submit my Aadhar card copy and picture of my signature in a blank paper. I did it all and was ready to do the work. it was a 5 days project, I could not complete it in time because the blocked my ID. After that I received a call from a girl asking me to pay 8000 rs before 4.30 pm on 20th of January. the number I received the call was 9924417041, her name was anchal sharma. The way she was talking, I really got too afraid and paid them 8000 rs, after that I received her call again saying that company can’t close my case like this and I’ll have to pay 12550 rs in total, which I paid again . Then they asked for 24000rs to cancel my registration. Now I denied to give as I’m unemployed and don’t have such money. they started threatening me and said that I’ll have to come Nanded court Maharashtra to settle the matter and I have to pay 97000 or more.
After that I received a mail from a advocate names shivani gayakwad, saying that they have filed a case against me the case id is UEL09/2021/339. I was so afraid that I went to my local police station and told him everything and show him everything, he then told me that it’s completely fraud and I don’t have to listen to them anymore, after that I again received a mail about the court procedure, after that I’ve blocked their contact numbers and the email id. However, I’m still thinking, this must not happen with anyone else, therefore, I’m writing this complaint and hope that someone will resolve it
