I did a Data Entry Work on a company called Taskzap Outsourcing Services. They said the company is from Delhi and seeking employees for Part-time jobs, I appled on some google ads saying online data entry jobs for payment, I don’t remember applying for a specific said company. The company’s work is to fill 1000 forms in 10 days with 90%accuracy, If the employee failed to do so they will get another chance i.e, another 10 days of work but they won’t pay you for the 1st days, there are administration charges of 3400₹ which will be debited from the first salary. I did all the work they said i.e, 1000 forms in 10 days, I got report 2 days later after submission. The report showcased the number of forms completed and how many of them are wrong. I did all the forms i.e, 1000 TBN. The report is totally tampered, I checked all the forms and so many are correct and yet they are listed under wrong forms, I did not understood it. I tried mailing them saying they are quite few wrong forms and I’d like to right the wronged ones but they said it’s not possible. After a few days one morning they just mailed me saying I breached the contract and I need to pay them. The mail was sent by an advocate named Pratap Sharma from Delhi, he said I better pay the money or i should face consequences. I tried calling several times to say that ” the qc report given by them is a faulty one check the report once again and give the report again”. The thing is he did not even bothered about listening to what i have to say, he said just one and only thing again and again that I broke the contract and I have to pay the administration charges 3400 within an hour or else i should pay around 15000 to 20000₹. I called him again so that he can explain why the report is showing the correct forms under the report as wrong forms, he didn’t answer it. I got a mail from their helpline department even before getting the QC Report i.e, one day after the submission date saying I have to pay admin charges, they even sent me a QR Code attached with it. I got the Part-time job offer through a call, I tried calling that number after I received the call from advocate. They answered the call saying “sir have you started the work?” I said ” I did the work and the report I received is a false one”, she hung up on me saying ” I will call you later”. She said her name is Riya. She called back in 5 minutes saying sir did you receive your report?, if your report is false please send money. She even sent me a QR code for payment. I asked the same thing again to check the report, Even Riya mam didn’t bother about what i’m saying she just repeated the same thing “you have to pay money for cancelling the contract”. I said why are trying to make me pay? you guys said there will be another chance if i got the accuracy 1st time wrong?. She stayed quiet for few minutes and another lady took over repeating the same thing all over again, my accuracy is below than 90% and i need to pay them money. They didn’t care about second chance, or anything. I tried calling the advocate about the false report, he just said I will submit your case in 2 minutes to a senior lawyer, you will receive a legal notice, please check your whatsapp regarding the details. In the message there is another name “K.Mane” as lawyer under Delhi District Court. Please help to resolve the issue.
