Jobsearch net, approached me through mail saying that there was data entry job available, as a unemployed person I contacted them where they took my Aadhar card and assigned me a job of filling out 600 resumes in 7 days, but the resumes were inaccurate and did not contain most of the information and the job which was ment to be part time turned out to be day and night but yet could not finish. When searched about the the company on internet it turned out to be a complete fraud company and did not have any legal or physical presence in the country, i stopped working from thereon but after the due date the company started to threatening me saying that I should pay 5000+gst or the company would take legal action. The agreement that is signed at the beginning is completely fake and has no legal validity and they start to call from unknown numbers and mail and message you saying company has taken legal action and we should pay the amount to withdraw the case. This is harassment and previously this company worked in the name of resume to fill which was noted and shut down and now they are using jobsearch net name. They took my contact information from teamlease jobs and mailed me, I don’t understand how these fraudsters are getting data that easily from what we call trusted job portals and after this Aadhar card is a government issued identity and they say they can block that which only govt has the authority to do and don’t know how these people can do it…such a scam please take action on these guys asap and save many users like me who are geniunly are looking for job on internet and stop the threatening by this company
