2 days back I went to vodafone store to migrate my number 9711097991 from postpaid to prepaid. Today at 15.29 pm I got a call from Vodafone from this number 911207166000. The agent offered me some cheap plan and asked me to continue my postpaid plan. When I refused he started threatening me to cancel my prepaid connection request and port my number to other networks. Is this the way Vodafone treat customers when we don’t want to continue services. I want proper action against this.
