Dear Sir,
Subject:- Harassing & Threatening by Vodafone
I wish to complain about Post-paid Connection of Mobile No. 9911556761 from Vodafone Organisation that I bought connection dated on December, 2014 in Delhi Location.
I am complaining here because my Post-Paid Mobile no. didn’t use since October, 2019 which I requested & informed to Vodafone Network provider to close this no. or for disconnection multiple times via mails & calls on customer care.
Numerous attempts have been made in Vodafone with all different modes (mails, call on customer care no. mailed to CEO of Vodafone) but they are continuously imposing monthly mobile bill of unused & unnecessary services approx. Rs. 500/- and HARASSING to pay Bills as well as forged my money of 8 Months bill amount till July 2020.
I am complaining because when I stopped paying the bills from March 2020, now Vodafone THREATENING & HARASSING me via legal notice to pay bills (Legal Notice screen shot enclosed herewith).
To resolve this problem, I would like you to just want my money back which is forged by Vodafone of unused mobile services & disconnection of my mobile no.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. I am enclosing copies of matter escalated in Vodafone but there is no output.
