I applied for work from home data entry job on quikr job. After few days I got a call from a person name amit goutam. He said, he is from Orian Technology. They saw my profile on quikr job, which is good for their job. He said than company will give you 700 form, which you have to submit in 7 days. We will pay Rs 20/- per form, so after completing the work successfully, your salary will be Rs 14000/-. Company charge is Rs 4700/-, which will we deducted from your first salary. If you failed in completing the work or If you din’t achieve 90% accuracy, you have to pay penalty of Rs 4700/-. They send me a agreement, in which all the terms & conditions are given. After registration I started the work. After completion of work, I called on company helpline. They told me to wail for few hour. After few hour, I got QC report of work, which shows that I failed in doing the work successfully. I saw the QC report & find that QC report shows correct entries incorrect. I call helpline & tell them to check the work again. They said that QC is generated by server & you get QC of what you had type. Then they tell me that If you want to make correction in incorrect forms, you have to pay us Rs 5700/-, you will get software, in which you can correct the entries. You will get Rs 5700/- refund with your payment. I said, I will not pay any money. So they told me that you can terminate the agreement after paying Rs 4700/-. I decline to pay any money, either for correction or for termination. I told them that my work is not checked correctly. first you checked the work correctly. They said that QC is generated by server, not manually, so we can’t do anything about that. So I finish the call. After few day I got mail from an advocate, & a text message. Advocate told me that company is taking legal action against you, since you break company trust and didn’t full the agreement policies. If you don’t want any charges on you, pay the penalty of Rs 4700/-. I told him that I am ready to pay but I need a time for 1 day. So he said that, If I din’t pay before 4:00 PM, we will dispatch the notice at your address. Due to threat, I paid them penalty money. Then I asked them to what do I have to do ? Next day they call me & told me that, since you had brake the company trust you have two choice, 1st choice is that If you want to continue the work, you have to security deposit of 4 month which is 4 x 4700 = 18800/-. Since you had paid Rs 4700/- already, now you have to only pay 3 month’s security deposit. 2nd choice is that If you want to terminate the agreement, you have to pay 3 month’s security deposit. Then you will get NOC from company & company will no longer have to face consequence from company side. I decline to pay any money. Then they told me that, Now company will see this matter legally. Please Help me with that.
