I am using dhani before and as per dhani 0 interest we able to pay amount in 3 emi. But after some days they change policies without inform any customer. As per their new policy we need to pay complete amount or our account is block. They block my account. I complaint against these to customer care but no one support or not get any satisfactory answer. After that I stopped payment then I got calls from dhani customer cares and I shared my problem but useless. After some days dhani started calling and send persons to my address for collect amount. Then I said them that due to ur policy I am stopped my payment but now I will pay monthly only as I possible.

They agreed. N i am starting payment monthwise. I m in touch with one dhani person n i am sharing screenshot to him after payment. I am paying each month with the interest.

I don’t know how they charging interest like last wednesday means 6 day before I paid 508 interest amount n today again showing 107 rs interest amount.

6 day before I paid amount n send screenshots to dhani person but after 4 days of paying amount. My mother got call from any other person n he threatened that they will come to my home for the money. They are giving trouma now. I am regret that I used these app. After lockdown these is very difficult to me to get back again in normal situation n now they are giving us trouble. These is very bad behaviour from dhani after paying monthly and trying to close the amount
