Threating call again from kotak mahindra bank from sector 125plot no. 7 noida from no. 8743929703 neha Sharma and Rahul they continuously call me and my friends and relatives I am asking what type of loan and give me notice regarding this loan but they can’t give satisfactory reply

I have applied for Personal Loan of amount RS. 5 Lakhs from Kotak mahindra bank, sector-125, Noida.
They have disburse only Rs. 2.10 lakh into my bank account and I am paying EMI on full amount of Rs. 5 Lakhs, so I am asking and following them since 20 days but No one is answering my calls, the executive name is Miss Kavita kalra, I am chasing her like anything but she is not responding, not even reverting by messages. Please help.
