I had taken a loan from Hugo Loan app. The loan amount was something around 2000 but the amount that was asked for repayment was 3500.
I did not have the payment with me. First time they asked me to pay 1400 and then the rest amount (i.e- 2100) can be paid in the next week. I agreed. Next week again some person comes and asks payment for 3500. When i told him that i had paid 1400.. he told me i had to pay full amount and that was rollover. It meant that the employees are making a fool of their customers. They misguided me and it did not stop at this.
I paid 1400 again and this again went for rollover. The last payment i have done was Yesterday itself (i.e- 24th Feb). Total i have paid 1400*3= 4200.
And last two times i was told that the loan will be closed when i pay 1400.
Even now i know that they will again harras me next week for payment.
Please help me out sir.. i have been misguided and i have paid enough till now.. I don’t have any money. They are fraud and everytime they make new story for payment.
