I got the call from the captcha filling and then they send me a link on whatsapp and asked me to join that. where their camera was off and my camera was on . and they asked me my email id , whatsapp no and they said you have to do this work with 90% accuracy if you make any mistake your money will be deduct from your salary . and then i told them i did this work earlier but after completing my task i didn’t get any single amount so i am not sure about this company to work with. then they send me an login id and password but I spoke to the person on whatsapp and replied that I don’t want to work with them. But now i got a legal mail by Mr. Naveen Sharma ( Advocate at Vapi Gujrat) and when i asked him to send me the legal agreement he said that he won’t be able to send that because paper has legal stamp so they can’t share with us. and he was very rude just like a fake person trying to being an advocate. i am a fresher so he wants to make me scared of him that make doesn’t sense. coz they do not have any legal paper that i signed.and when i have already told them that i won’t work with the company then do not know why they are creating an issue for me and asking for the penalty otherwise they will take this case to the court. As per our conversation I am giving a chance for settlement
but if you can’t pay so according to your agreement you must
present in the vapi session court and pay total financial loss
of the company. If payment is not done so your case is transferred
for further proceeding at an Arbitrary court. An arbitrary and
conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 imposed on you
and you need to pay Rs. 78100/– for total loss to our client.

if you don’t reply on the time period it means that t/c you agree and you may on the fault and as per notice you are disrespecting the notice and law so as per the court summon letter will be issued it is to notifying a named party that a case involving it and that it must an appearance on the stated date to answer the charges or give evidence.
