I have applied for a data entry job on quikr mobile app on 30 Apr 2021. I got a call from Mob No 9099916573 (Miss Naina Sharma) regarding data entry job on same day. As I have applied for job with salary of Rs 35000 to 36000 they told me same and given a condition that they are not asking entry fee or joining fee but they will charge for Rs 7100/- form my first month salary which is one time deduction. I agreed the same. Then she told me to agree the terms and conditions on phone call which is given by their confirmation department. I agreed the same. But when I got copy of contact there is an issue in it that I have to pay Rs. 7100/-(per month basis) for utility and maintenance (WHICH IS NOT MENTIEOND IN CALL).

Then I have stared that work on 01 May 2021, meanwhile suddenly in fell ill from 02 May onwards however I have tried to complete my task but due to illness I m not able to do it. I have tried to convey my problems to helpline mobile no given on contract but it was switched off. Then I email my problem to mail given on it. In response I got a call from the cancellation department regarding payment of utility and maintenance charge. I conveyed my problems to him; he replied in rude ways and starts to threaten me with legal case. He also replied as he is the owner of the firm not the employee. Again I have complained through email about this incident to helpdesk regarding rude behavior of their cancellation department representative and in response they replied to coordinate with them instead of take any action against him.

Then on 10 May 21 I got a call from the company that an FIR has been registered against me and copy of the same is enclosed. I also got a email from two different emails ids one from Inspect Ajay of Ahmadabad police department along with copy of FIR No 1119104621038 dt 07 May 2021 which was verified on gujrat police portal as invalid and other one from Advocate Manoj of Ahmadabad high Court as Legal Intimation.
