Recently I joined a captcha typing job where is said that I have to complete typing 10000 captchas within 10 days and if I can’t do then I have to pay 6900 rupees. Before starting the job I decided not to do it therefore I asked for cancellation of my registration for it but the person insisted me to do the job but I didn’t do . After a while I received a call regarding cancellation of my registration and they told me to send a mail at help4captcha01@gmail.com
And I did so. This is the only thing they told me to do.
Day after that means today I received a call from an advocate named as Naresh Thakur saying that company has sent a file regarding my cancellation of registration. He told me to pay 84010 rupees so that the matter gets closed and if I didn’t do so then the matter will get into the cibil court of gujarat and I have to pay 1,85, 000 rupees in court. I said that I won’t do and I told him to send me the legal notice. I was not informed that I have to pay anything for cancellation of registration. The only thing they told me to do was send an e mail which I did. Then from where this payment matter comes from?
For what they want me to pay the money. An advocate will never call me personally he would directly send me legal notice from court. I want to complain about this .plz help me.
