Internet is not working, after complaining again and again, it works only outside the home but when I get inside it stops working, I am not be able to video call to my family via jio cellular network because internet speed is not up to the requirement, my family always complain that they are not able to see me during video call and network shows error that currently video call is not available so switching to voice call “WHAT THE HELL”, though I am paying to jio, they are not providing me the proper services, this is fraud with customer and I am here to file complaint against jio.
