I had purchased Thomson Washing Machine online from the flipcart
Order ID : ODI125361475050323000 on 2nd July 2022. Invoice Number # FAIQC22300070786. IMEI /SERIAL No: TTL7501092101284. The washing machine is under the standard warranty, as well as I have purchased a extended warranty for the same from the flipcart.
The Complaint was made on 28th October, they keep on delaying on pretext of the non availability of spares, and every week they ask to wait for a week and will be definitely done in 7 days, Its almost been a month, still not repaired.
